ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE HERITAGE QUILTERS GUILD OF SOUTH SUBURBIA. THESE WORKS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DISPLAYED IN A PREVIOUS SHOW. CATEGORIES OF SUBMISSION ARE LISTED ON THE ENTRY FORM.

After you open the file choose Save As.. from the file menu to save on your computer.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRY
All entries must be submitted by the June 2012 guild meeting or no later than June 30, 2012, NO EXECPTIONS.
If you cannot attend a meeting to turn in your entry forms you may mail them to: Heritage Quilters, POB 932, South Holland, IL 60473 . ALL entries must be received by June 30, 2012.
